Program Tuition:

Option 1:	With a copy of the 2010 edition of Curtin's California Land Use and Planning Law book by Cecily Talbert Barclay: $330 for enrollments received by March 22, 2010; (Early Bird Discount) $380 thereafter.
Option 2:	Without a copy of the book: $270 by March 22, 2010; $320 thereafter.
Option 3:	Special Group Discount: $305 per person (including book) for organizations enrolling three or more people at the same time. All registrations must be submitted at the same time and fees paid with one check. Payment with a credit card for this discount is not available. Discount only available for registrations received on or before March 22, 2010.

Fee includes: Conference admission, breakfast, lunch, conference program, a legal syllabus prepared by Bingham McCutchen's Land Use and Development Practice Group containing citations and summaries of legistation and cases discussed in the update, and admission to the post-conference reception.

Post Conference Reception
All those attending are invited to join conference faculty, speakers, sponsors, and fellow attendees following the program at 5:30 pm for a reception and wine tasting.

DIRECTIONS:

The Resort is located just south of the City of San Luis Obispo. From 101: Exit Avila Beach Drive and proceed 0.7 miles to Sycamore Mineral Springs Resort on left.

AIRPORT INFORMATION:

For attendees flying in, the Resort is approximately eight (8) miles from the San Luis Obispo Regional Airport. The airport is served by regularly scheduled airlines including United Express and US Airways.

REFUND POLICY: All cancellations received by April 2nd will receive a full refund, less a service charge of $25. Any cancellations received by 4:00 p.m. April 13 will receive a 50% refund. Refunds cannot be made after that date.
